Welcome to The Fancy Foil Club ("Fancy Foil Club," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at thefancyfoilclub.com (the "Site"). Please read the following terms carefully before using the Site or purchasing any products, including shop items or custom foils.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who we are
The Fancy Foil Club is owned and operated by the Fancy Foil Club LLC", a Washington entity type, e.g., limited liability company, located in Tacoma WA. You can reach us at fancyfoilclub@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or create an account. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Products
We sell printed hair foils and related salon supplies through:
Shop purchases (ready-made items)
Custom Fancy Foils (foils printed with a customer's own logo or design)
Product photos are for illustration; actual colors, prints, and packaging may vary slightly. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing).
4. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in [USD] and are subject to change without notice, except for orders already placed. Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider (Shopify and its payment processors). We do not store your full credit card information on our own servers.
5. Custom Fancy Foils
Custom/logo foil orders are made to order based on the artwork or specifications you provide. Because these are personalized:
Please review your proof/mockup carefully before approving it — you are responsible for confirming spelling, colors, and logo accuracy.
Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund once production has started, except in the case of a defect or a printing error that is our fault.
Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on order volume.
6. Shipping
We ship to Unitied States.
Processing time is typically 2-5 business days; shipping time varies by carrier and location.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control, but we're happy to help track down a missing package.
7. Returns & refunds
7.1 Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at fancyfoilclub@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
7.2 Returns (non-custom items)
Unused, unopened shop items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, minus original shipping costs. Please contact us first to start a return.
7.3 Non-returnable items
Custom Fancy Foils (personalized/logo orders)
Any item marked "final sale"
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and the Fancy Foil Club name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or branding (including on your own custom foils, packaging, or marketing) without our written permission.
9. User conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
Use it for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law;
Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or normal operation;
Submit false information, or impersonate another person, when placing an order or submitting a custom design.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fancy Foil Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or product misuse (for example, improper use of foils during a hair service). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Disclaimer
Products are provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to ensure product quality and accurate descriptions but do not guarantee the Site or products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose beyond their intended use as hair-coloring foils.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County Washington, unless otherwise required by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
